Sakuma's Japanese Restaurant is a purveyor of fine Japanese cuisine in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
In January of 2014, Sakuma's menu underwent a re-imagining. Since then, esteemed chef and owner, Keisuke Ito, has been creating traditional Japanese dishes, along with his own contemporary interpretations.
