Executive Chef and owner
Keisuke began his Chicago culinary career as Heat Restaurant's Sous Chef. From there, he furthered his career and pushed the boundaries of his creative talents when he joined Tsuki Japanese Restaurant as Head Chef.
Following Tsuki, Keisuke went on to SushiSamba as Sous Chef where he was able to hone his craft by creating unique fusion and traditional Japanese cuisine.
Lastly, Keisuke was the Executive Chef at Taketei, where he created masterful dishes for this highly-rated restaurant.
This culmination of experience and his passion for his craft is now demonstrated at Sakuma's Japanese Restaurant where his great attention to detail balances a contemporary take on traditional Japanese dishes.
